WMNZ are thrilled to announce the arrival of The Earlybirds

Warner Music New Zealand are thrilled to announce the arrival of The Earlybirds via a distribution deal with the bands’ Little Arrows label. This deal will see the release of The Earlybirds debut L.P ‘FAVOURITE FEARS’ this August 2010.

Great friends since high school, the young and fearless quintet have recorded their album at Auckland’s York Street studios under the guiding hand of producer Greg Haver (Manic Street Preachers, OpShop, Super Furry Animals).

Phil Howling, General Manager of Warner Music New Zealand says “After watching The Earlybirds development over the past few years we feel honoured to be able to finally work with them on their debut album release ‘Favourite Fears’. Warner Music looks forward to a long and successful partnership with the band.”

The Earlybirds finest pop-rock moment to date ‘I Can’t Live Without You’ is off to a flying start at radio, having been played on The Edge, ZM and The Rock. Their previous radio singles ‘Runaway’ and ‘I Killed The DJ’ both reached the top ten NZ airplay charts.
